Canada has launched a new driver's plan that will allow members of the family to work in British Columbia for temporary work in Canada. The project was announced on August 15 by the MEC, Immigration, and Multiculturalism by Labor Minister, Tourism and Innovation Pat Bell.

Minister said I have heard from staff, employers, labor lawyers and others who have asked me to do Canada to welcome Canada's families as temporary residents." With this driver's license, we will explore the benefits of allowing temporary family members to work while present with the principal applicant employed for his / her abilities ".

Temporary external employees work for Canadian employers who are unable to locate skilled workers. Until now only married couples and temporary partners who are employed in the administrative, technicians or skilled professionals are permitted to obtain a free operating permit in British Columbia. This open operating permit allows the applicant to work for any employer.

As a statement issued by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), "As of August 15, partners, ordinary partners and dependent staff members will be eligible, including many employees in jobs requiring formal legal training".

Focusing on the importance of external staff growth in Canada, MEC Bell said, "More than a million jobs will be opened in Britain Columbia in 2020, and we will need external workers to help meet the shortage of our existing businesses."

"To provide more couples with 20-year-olds with the hands of foreign workers, the opportunity to take action will support local businesses, and contributes to the growth of local, regional and provincial levels," he said.
Driving design will take two years. During this program, the project is expected to produce 1,800 open job permissions.

"Some 32,000 temporary temporary workers have made a change in a permanent situation, and about 2,300 people choose to move to BC," Kenney said.
"We understand the important role of foreign workers in all regions of the country and we will continue to look for ways to attract skilled workers now and in the future."
